This year brought plenty of surprises, and more than once I was “encouraged” by circumstances to run special offers on my pens. I even considered skipping Black Friday altogether—but many of you have been asking, so here we go.
Once again, I’m running my stepped discount, designed mainly for my most loyal fans. These discounts run until 2 December, and all pens will ship in time for Christmas.
How it works:
• Order one pen → 10% off
• Order two → first gets 10%, second (same price or lower) 20% off
• Order three → same as above, and the third gets 30% off
• And for the first time: order four, and the fourth pen is 40% off
Discounts do not apply to nib upgrades, custom nibs, accessories, or shipping. Subscribers buing one pen get 15% off instead of 10%.

US trip
Some of you already know: my son is a freshman at Cornell University, so I’m flying over to visit him for Thanksgiving. I’m not planning to attend any pen meetups or pen shows, but if you happen to be near Ithaca, NY and want your pen delivered in person—or simply want to meet—let me know ASAP. I’ll be there until Sunday, 30 November.
USA DDP Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid)
Many of my pens go to the US, and things have become a little more complicated recently. Fortunately, DHL offers two options:
Standard shipping:
DHL contacts you after shipment with the calculated customs duties (“tariffs”). You pay them, and the pen arrives. It’s straightforward.
DDP shipping:
I pay the customs duties and fees on your behalf, and simply add that cost to your upfront total.
In both cases, I’ll do my best to keep your costs as low as possible. Just reach out.
