Kokuso

Kokuso is a urushi-based modeling and filling mixture used to repair gaps, build forms, or create sculptural details. It is commonly made by combining urushi with fibrous or powdered fillers, producing a paste that cures into a strong lacquer composite rather than a brittle putty.
