- Sanding paper (grits from 360 to 12.000 micromesh)
- Polishing fluid or paste
- Migakiko powder
- Olive oil
- Turpentine
- Linseed oil or perilla oil, and/or camphor oil
- polishing/grinding charcoal or artificial charcoal/whetstone
